  2. bStudy population consists of women eligible for the study who had a pregnancy starting in 2017 or 2018. Pre-pregnancy care shown in the column is related to care received in the year prior to the start of the index pregnancy
  3. 16,453 pregnancies started between 2017–2018, for women who had more than one pregnancy during this period, only the first was kept (n = 14,326, 87.1% of all pregnancies starting in 2017–2018)
