Estimates are from mixed effects logistic regression model adjusted for age, sex, education, perceived income adequacy, and ethnicity. Positive values indicate greater increases in the outcome in England relative to the comparator group, whereas negative values indicate smaller increases (or larger decreases) in the outcome in England relative to the comparator group
